NamiNami

Not the most permanent character in Milo's story, which I've settled on naming TonicClonic, based on how crisis affects their countries.
She's either Nami or Naomi. She's a force 1, which, in Tokaido, is basically creating something out of nothing. Kind of like air bending and fire bending. Force 1 in Tsevania (where Milo's from) is mostly "emotion" bending with air and fire bending what is already there. All forces in Tsevania tend to manipulate what already exists, where Tokaido creates their material, but cannot change it after it is in existence. They say Tokaidens created the earth, but Tsevanians subdue it.

Anyways,(spoiler?) NamiNami gets hired by what we would call the Immigration, because the agent had to deal with something else. She has to bring Milo back to Tsevania, and she had to be from Tokaido because they wouldn't be on the same mental network (it's how they get their powers, or abilities, etc... they share the power of the entire civilization. The greatest of their time is during the highest population spikes) so Milo wouldn't know anything unless there was physical contact. Since Milo is a force three which is manipulation of any compact metal (not always including glass), any physical contact would be suicide. Easy for Nami, she's like... special attack, where Milo would just be attack.

I love how I drew her mouth though.
